- Debug menu for testing! - now you can select at the start which rules you want to use and if you want to play both hands or play against the dumb AI.
- Plus rule - similar to the Same rule; if any two facing values of the played card form equal sums with the values they are facing, the two adjacent cards are both captured.
- Congratulatory message when cards are captured with Same or Plus.

Insect candidates for further development
Here are the bugs I would like to further develop:

Since we both had the elongated fly/bee/thing one of us will have to give it up because the designs are just too similar. Um neither of us really have a spider (I don't know if that's a problem just something I'm pointing out). I was thinking next week we'd further develop 1 on our insects and take it all the way to the final color piece. I think we agreed that the dragon example was the style we wanted to go for because it could be done in a short amount of time.
Tell me what you think!

What style?
This, again, is something I should have posted last week D: but I think we really need to talk about the style we are going to go with for the cards. I was looking at some images as examples and I want you to tell me what you think Lai.

Martin said he wanted it to be more fantasy-like (we discussed this a little last week) Um I'm thinking that the dragon one is a good example of something we could do in a pretty short amount of time (because it's just basically a silhouette with only a little color). Though I do like the goat creature one with the environment in the background as well but I think that would be harder for us to do. And the last one is probably just too complex/realistic for us xD.
Let me know what you think D:

MORE insect silhouettes
Here are two pages I was able to do sorry for posting them like A WEEK LATE. For mine, I think I would like to develop the praying mantis, one of them fly/bee things, and the slug with the spikey shell. Which of yours would you like to further develop lai? I think we need to get at least a scorpion and spider in here.

Card leveling ideas
One of the ideas I've been thinking about a lot for Card Creatures is to have a player's cards "level up" when they are used a lot. As an rpg fan this naturally appeals to me (and could be similar to the leveling system in Tetra Master), but I also think it opens up some interesting gameplay possibilities. In particular it could be fun if you got more points for capturing a high level card than a low level one.
We have already discussed the idea of cards being created in basic categories of increasing strength. This would probably mean that a strong card would start out at a higher level than a weak card, though the weak card could be leveled up through use to be more competitive.
The main problem I see with this idea is that the game rules would then need to reflect the higher-numbers-are-better idea, since you may remember this not always being the case in Triple Triad, where you could lose to a couple of well placed weak cards with rules such as Plus or Same-Wall.
